The board had moved the apex court against the Justice Lodha panel recommendations.Here are the top recommendations that BCCI contended at the Supreme Court:BCCI opposed the Lodha panel suggestion of one state, one vote policy. It argued that over the years different associations across the state have developed which would be devoid of representation.The board also opposed the presence of an ombudsman with voting powers.
